South Indian idli with American Twist!
I have a weekend easy recipe for everyone. Enjoy with family and friends. A perfect desert for chocolate lovers .
Indian idli with english treatment.
Ingredients:
Coconut biscuits: 4 packets
Chocolate Sauce or melted Dairy Milk Silk(4 Packets)
Milk
Baking Powder: 1 tsp
Ghee
Almond
Cashew
Coconut Shavings

Recipe:
· Take coconut biscuits and grind them to a fine powder.
· Add milk and whisk it till it becomes cake consistency thick paste.
· Add ghee, baking powder, cashews, almonds and coconut shavings. Mix the batter.

· Take Idli maker and apply ghee over it.
· Pour the batter in the idli slots up to 3/4 of capacity. Add some chocolate sauce over it. Now cover the chocolate sauce with some more batter.
· Cook the idlis for 25 mins in the idli maker.
· Take out idlis on a plate.

· Pour chocolate sauce over it. Add some coconut shavings. Serve Hot!
